"Wonderful Staff"

Had to bring my son to out of hours, on Christmas Eve and all staff we encountered were truly fantastic. There was a HCSW on shift whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch but he was very friendly and came over to speak to me and my wee one. He let us know that someone wouldn’t be long and tried hard to get a wee smile from my son. I couldn’t have felt more at ease with the reception staff as well who engaged with my son after his appointment. When we got into our appointment the paediatric ANP was very attentive and was great with my son. I had a lovely experience (considering) and am truly thankful for the care and treatment we received. I hope the staff on shift that night all had a wonderful Christmas with their families.
