"Very grateful and relieved"

About: Urgent Community Response / Mid Notts Urgent Community Response Team

(as a relative),

I received a call from my Aunt's lifeline service to say she had fallen. I went to her house to check on her and was told there was up to 10 hours wait for an ambulance. I was amazed and delighted when the Mid Notts Urgent Community responded within 2 hours and got my Aunt checked over and back on her feet! It was great and we felt very grateful and relieved, Gemma and Lesley were amazing!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience.

We're truly delighted to hear that the Mid Notts Urgent Community team, especially Gemma and Lesley, were able to assist your Aunt so promptly and effectively.

Your kind words mean a lot to us and will be shared with the team.
