I had my coil fitted 5 wks earlier at my gp surgery after being told it was the right hrt combined with a continuous oestergon.

I had 5 awful wks, spoken with 3 drs to request removal as i was bleeding constantly, mood had drastically changed, was emotional felt depressed, wasnt me, but no one would remove. I tried to remove myself. Finally, last call to my gp, they explained continuous hrt not appropriate due to still having periods but my gp had no apts to remove, lady on reception recommended your wonderful service.

Your receptionist empathetic, consultation followed, next day it was removed. Everyone person at your clinic was reassuring, kind, professional, and your rooms were spotless.

You were my lifesaver. I couldn't have gone into Christmas how i was feeling.
