I took my son to the UTC at Solihull hospital. We were seen quickly. The waiting area was spotless and comfortable.
The reception team were pleasant enough, not very friendly but they literally just did there job without any pleasantries, which was fine because the rest of the experience was fantastic.
The HCA 'D' was lovely. She noticed my sons lanyard showing he was autistic and spoke to him a way that was befitting for him. She made him feel very comfortable.
The ANP 'A' was so nice. She explained everything, sent us for an x ray and we seen again really quickly
She explained the x ray to my son and the plan of treatment and care for his broken finger.
The whole experience was really smooth and didnt take long at all.
The environment was spotless and clean.
What a refreshing change. Thank you so much
"Fantastic service "
