June 2024 i had my baby girl, i then fell depressed and hit rock bottom, i felt useless, unworthy, unloved, not wanted. It came to the point i thought my kids could have a better mother and have a better life. As the days went on i didnt want to see people or have anyone round me i just wanted to be on my own, i struggled to eat and couldnt open up to anyone.
Then Nicola come along as she just sat and let me take my time and speak to her just us two, open up to how i felt and what i was thinking. On our first day meeting she helped me get into the doctors and helped me start on some meds. She come out everyweek to start with and put things into place to help me, each day she sat and listened to what i had to say. Gave me stuff to help me with how i felt, books to write my feeling down and poems to read when i felt down. We had regular calls to check up and make sure everything was okay.
6 months later im a better person and im feeling loved appreciated and have so much energy, going out and doing stuff with my babies, i couldnt have done this with out the help of Nicola, She has been absolutely amazing and i cant thank her enough for all her help. I dont think i would be where i am today if she didnt help me. So a massive thank you to her. X
