The lack of communication to patients and between departments is appalling in this hospital and has continued to get worse over the last 5 years.

Getting a blood test for cancer and haematology today involved a free for all fight to get a ticket for the queue because so many people were waiting and the ticket machine had been removed for lunch. This left people in no man's land it's crazy. 2 hours for lunch whilst people are waiting is also unacceptable.
