About: The Billesdon Surgery

Dear Billesdon Surgery

I would like to express my utmost admiration and gratitude to the dedicated and hardworking staff at your pharmacy for their exceptional service and care. Despite being aware of the current shortage in staff and the recent changes in opening and closing hours, I must commend your pharmacy team for their exceptional professionalism in handling all the challenges that come their way. On Thursday, while patiently waiting in line to collect my medication, I couldn't help but overhear a particularly rude patient berating the staff for not having their medication ready. This individual had only placed their order the day before and was demanding to know why it would take five days for a simple label to be placed on a box. When I returned on Friday to collect the rest of my tablets, I was met with the sight of one patient relentlessly pressing their finger on the bell. The staff member apologised, explaining they were on the phone. On both days when I witnessed this obnoxious behaviour, your staff were professional, calm. Please pass on my praise. Your staff should be congratulated. Happy Christmas.

I would also like to send my praise to your receptionists. Always happy to help and are friendly. This surgery is a credit to the NHS. Thank you
