I visited the GP recently and saw a female doctor. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt it was important to as she was so kind, understanding and compassionate during a time when I have really been struggling. I was very upset during my appointment and she was lovely, giving me space to talk and providing reassurance - I can’t tell you how much it helped. Another thing that made this a positive experience was that my notes were listened to when I said I needed an appointment that didn’t clash with school run and caring commitments I have for my child with additional needs. This makes such a difference. Thank you
