Systems do everything to avoid letting you get appointment

I saw dr a few weeks ago, they suggested try something for a month - if it doesn’t work come back and see me again.

It didn’t work, so I tried to book follow up. The ridiculous booking system pushes you to a&e or the pharmacy.

Eventually cracked code and got my follow up appointment

Dreadful practice, but once you get through staff are fantastic
