"Bloods at the Plastic Surgery Unit"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Plastic Surgery & Burns (wards 45, 47, 48 & 49)

(as a service user),

I as a result of anomaly on a CT Scan had bloods arranged by Fiona Oakey as a matter of urgency. I attended and Lisa Kelly was my phlebotomist.

I have to say Lisa was excellent at taking blood. I never even felt the butterfly needle going in. An excellent phlebotomist indeed. Thank you Lisa.
Thank you to Fiona for the care she gives me and looks after my welfare also.
