(as the patient),

I was in for mastoid surgery on my right side this week.

I can’t praise the ladies in the day surgery unit enough, these wonderful ladies are non-stop from start to finish ensuring the best possible care for us patients. The ladies deserve recognition for their hard work and kindness. They are heroes!

Also a special thanks to Dr Chin and his team for his superb knowledge and his ability as a surgeon. This man made me feel calm throughout my experience. You truly are professional in your area of work.
