"Prep For Surgery Visit"

I had a prep for surgery appointment. I began by speaking to nurse, Carol. I don’t like hospitals and was very anxious, and whilst that couldn’t be resolved, Carol was very lovely. She had a comforting and friendly attitude, and she was clearly very good at what she does. Carol made me feel as safe and calm as possible, providing excellent care! I then had pre-op tests done. I don’t remember the name of the lady who did them, but she acknowledged my nerves, was kind, and kept the tests as painless as possible. My appointment went as smoothly as it could have, and I’m very grateful to the team who provided my care.
