The surgery and staff were fine. My appointment happened after 30 minutes waiting. The doctor was professional and helpful however the health review i was asked to e mail prior wasnt attached to my profile unfortunately said i fortunately was able to locate it on my phone and shiw the doctor.
Unsure why it wasnt done but thank you all anyway.
