I had the pleasure of being assisted by the Practice Manager and I cannot commend her enough for her professionalism and care. She was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs, addressing my concerns with urgency and efficiency.

Previously, I had struggled to get the support I needed for wound care and management. However, the Practice Manager immediately took action, thoroughly investigating my situation. She quickly arranged for me to see a GP at the earliest opportunity and ensured that I could collect the necessary supplies from my local pharmacy to manage my wound care effectively. In the interim, her team organized an appointment with a nurse to change my wound dressing, ensuring that I received timely care.

I am deeply grateful for the Practice Manager's efforts, as well as the dedication and responsiveness of her team. Their ability to listen, understand, and implement effective solutions made a significant difference in resolving my situation.
