"Written details would have been helpful"

Just to say that everything went well with the delivery of the bed and the guys were very good and took time to explain how the functions worked on the actual bed. I found the experience good.

Being a lady in my seventies, I would have liked a little card with details on how the pump worked for the bed. I had to remember everything they were saying and it would have been better written down. It would have been really helpful to have these.

Thank you for taking the time to give this valuable feedback, I am very glad to hear that the guys delivering the profiling bed gave a good explanation on how the bed functions and that you found the experience to be good.

With regards to the issue of user instructions, I do agree that this may be helpful and will raise your concern with the senior management team.
