"Has truly inspired me to exercise on a regular basis!"

About: New Stobhill Hospital / Pulmonary Rehabilitation

(as a service user),

The course for my COPD has truly inspired me to exercise on a regular basis! The girls taking the class have encouraged me and motivated me and all the others throughout the weekly classes. Talks at the end of the class have been very interesting. I have learned how to mange my breathlessness and my COPD and as a result now have a much more positive outlook on life.

Dear attendantbs87

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your experience at the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Programme at Stobhill Hospital.

It is great to hear that you are now encouraged and motivated to exercise on a regular basis and that you found the educational element interesting.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation is one of the most important interventions for patients with breathlessness so it is great to hear that you now feel confident to manage your breathing and have a positive outlook.

This feedback is so helpful for other patients who are considering attending.

Many Thanks

Kirsty Murray
