"Amazing Doctor"

Dr M. A. , was totally amazing in his treatment of my nearly 94 years old Mum today. His prompt concerns for her well-being and thorough investigation following a district nurse referral were first class. Immediate action to see if IV Antibiotics were needed at hospital, with an Ambulance crew in attendance, to avoid a time sensitive possible life threatening case of Sepsis. Arrangement of prompt oral antibiotics, within an hour, when that was ruled out. I can honestly say my Christmas this year could have been ruined without his explenary actions today ( 20th. Dec). Thank you so much and for personally keeping me updated with numerous phone conversations regarding my Mum and explaining your decision making in regards to her treatment, especially at this Christmas period. Thank you and all your colleagues at East Lynne Medical Centre. We wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy and Healthy 2025.
