"Labour and delivery of my baby girl"

Throughout my whole labour and delivery I was supported by an amazing midwife who was called Olivia. Olivia took the time in my early labour to really get to know me and my birth partners. This really helped to build up rapport and trust with us all. I told Olivia my fears for labour and she reminded me of my choices throughout, ensuring that I felt in charge of my own body throughout. I was reminded throughout that I was capable to birth my baby. She created a calm and reassuring atmosphere in the room throughout the whole process and provided holistic care to me. I was so worried going in to the induction process and was filled with anxiety but felt so empowered by the end of the process. I put that down to the help of my amazing midwife. I can not thankyou enough Olivia.
