Following a replacement ear mould I contacted the audiology department at Telford trust as I was having considerable discomfort. The trust arranged an appointment with the Audiology department within 48 hours . I attended the audiology dept where I met a technician who was extremely helpful , in resolving my problem.
He arranged for replacement mould & advice on my existing hearing aid
He then arranged for a follow up appointment within 4 weeks The service I had from the audiology department at Telford hospital was excellent
