I attended for clinical assessment after a mammogram recall. Each and every member of staff I met with were professional, kind, patient and caring.
The whole process was explained thoroughly and flowed without delay through each aspect of the assessment. It was a worrying time for me but every member of staff made me feel at ease and I was treated with compassion and dignity.
What a team! Thank you for making the whole process less daunting .
