"The care we receive is always excellent"

(as a parent/guardian),

My son has been receiving treatment through restorative dentistry and orthodontics at level 5 Dundee dental hospital.  The care we receive is always excellent from each staff member involved but David goes above and beyond to ensure that my son feels at ease and is fully aware of his treatment plan even when he is on a tight schedule.  We never leave an appointment with unanswered questions and we are well aware of the next steps which reduces a lot of anxiety for my son.  We really appreciate all the help and time given.

Thank you so much for taking time to feedback on the experience of you and your son at the Dental Hospital (Floor 5). I am glad that this has been such a positive experience and that your son has always been aware that he is the priority with all interactions at every appointment. This is something that we always try to achieve as we really do put our patient and their best interests first.

We really appreciate you taking time to feedback and I will ensure that the team and particularly David will be made aware of your expression of appreciation.
