Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share this lovely feedback about the care provided by the Stroke Team within University Hospital Crosshouse.
I sorry to hear that you have required admission to hospital following a stroke. I can only imagine how scary and anxious this must have been for you. I am, however, glad to hear that our staff looked after so well that you could recommend the care provided in the Ward to others.
Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients, and it will be my pleasure to share your kind comments with the wider Team in the Ward, which I know they will be grateful to receive.
