"No link sent, no access for medication review"

About: Forest Hill Group Practice

Hi. I was sent a message to arrange a medication review appt by clicking on the link in the message. No link was sent.

Rang the surgery and pressed 8 for medication review. The very short recorded message said 'you need to go online at...." followed by an email address said so fast that, despite listening 3 times, I was unable to write down or understand what was said.

I have tried every variation of fhrgp online and the nhs app, and cannot find a place that is helpful.

Has anyone listened to that recorded message and deemed it fit for purpose as it is not?

Please don't suggest the 8am phone call. Not only is it filled with urgent and anxious requests [mine is a meds review appt, not urgent ] but it is plainly cruel that you suggest this constantly whilst knowing that many people will not be able to get through.

People who are suffering and desperate.

I have generally had good service from this practise over 11+ years but this appointment system is truly appalling. . Thank you.

Dear Ms Hobson,

Thank you for your feedback. Further to our conversation, the link would be sent to you again. We will review our telephone messaging.

Kind regards,
