"When I was discharged they still phoned me to check I was ok"

About: South West & Southampton Division / Frailty Support Team - Avon Valley

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Had a trip in my hall.

Called the ambulance and paramedic arrived several hours later. Checked me over and nothing was broken, they did not want to admit me and advised to contact GP.

GP called Frailty who arrived within the hour, checked me over again, advised on medication and came every day for 10 days. I looked forward to their visit. They were so kind and caring, can't praise them enough, just wonderful.

When I was discharged they still phoned me to check I was ok.

Thank you
