I messaged the practice to query a tender elbow and weak hand and shortly afterwards received a call offering me a same day appointment with a physiotherapist. He was very pleasant, had a good manner and, after examining me sent me home with a sheet of exercises and the offer of a follow up appointment. Highly impressed by the prompt response.
