"Symptoms incorrectly recorded during phone call"

About: Falsgrave Surgery

Symptoms incorrectly recorded during phone call, only half of the symptoms recorded on my record, I was promised a call back to discuss further, waited all day and nobody called, later received a text message recommending over the counter treatment for an issue I don’t have.

Thank you for your 1* review from today informing us that your same-day GP appointment details were incorrectly recorded. I am sorry that some of the information may have been missed off. It is difficult for me to confirm whether this was a case and what happened to advise you further, therefore if you would like me to investigate this concern for you in a more confidential setting then please email me at hnyicb-ny.haxbypatientexperience@nhs.net providing your patient's details and further information about the date of the incident.
