I have no complaints at all about my treatment here in Radiotherapy, Ninewells. Staff are all very helpful. The appointment system works well and my wife was very pleased when a couple of times were changed to accommodate the fact that she does not like to drive in the dark. This was much appreciated by both of us.

I had a bit of a bowel problem the other day and my wife was able to look on the NHS website and found the solution, ie a diet sheet which outlined the types of food I should avoid. This was very useful.

Car parking is always an issue here but we are lucky and can park at the Maggi Centre nearby which is really useful.

Dear Eden Valley1, thank you for taking the time to feedback your experience of our Radiotherapy Department. My name is Bob, one of the Support Workers who would have welcomed you to our department.

It is pleasing to hear that everyone has been helpful and in a position to amend appointments accordingly. We do try to make things as easy as possible for our patients. Please do not hesitate to ask if we can help further. Likewise with any medical issue, we have specialist oncology nurses to call upon should you need advice or information. Please just ask.

Car parking is, indeed, an issue which our Head of Department, Damian Parr continues to take to management meetings. Thanks to Maggie’s for helping with our parking issues. They are a fantastic, supportive and welcoming organisation.

On behalf of everyone here, I hope you benefit from your treatments and wish you well for the future.
