"Shut-out and left in the cold"

The staff are lovely..... if you can get to see one.

To see a doctor you must call at 8am, even then you are lucky to see a doctor. There is a triage system with a complex series of call backs and a complete disregard for not being able to sit next to the phone.

There is an online form but even filling that out won't get you an appointment with a docotor for 1.5 months.

Even calling and saying I am in pain and I am going to run out of medication was insufficient to obtain an earlier appointment because I lost the telephone lottery.

The standard of care is so low to not only be in-adequate but dangerous.

The receptionist has a hard job but does not do it well and is patronising.
