"Rude receptionist "

About: Hasland Medical Centre

Receptionist with blonde hair and black rimmed glasses is just Rude! Didn't book me in for my appointment then blamed it on me for asking questions! after 2 patients arrived and was promptly let through for their appointment did she bother to ask what my date of birth was to book me in!

Also couldn't grasp the simple request I asked and left me without a further appointment I needed.

Rest of the staff inc the lovely lady who took my blood and doctor who I have seen are fantastic

Very unfortunate that the person or works up front and the first person you see is rude and unwelcoming

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are sorry to hear your experience with an administrator was not to your satisfaction.

Whilst unaware of your request or whether this was indeed simple to yourself, without knowing the full facts, it may well have been that procedurally, what you were asking for was not possible? If it is indeed the case that you required a further GP appointment, it would indeed be the case that the administrator was unable to directly book this for you as there are systems in place for requesting appointments which as a patient, we would assume you are aware of this.

In this case however, we would very much look to look into this further for you but would require more information from you. If you would like the practice to look into this further, please do not hesitate in getting in touch and we would be most happy to investigate this further.
