"What a brilliant team"

About: Western General Hospital / Radiology

Arrived for diagnostic MRI. All I can say is, what a brilliant team of staff. Welcomed by Hazel who was friendly, caring and reassured me throughout my visit. She took the time to take me to a private area and offered me an opportunity to ask any questions.

I was also introduced to Ellen, Bellina and I think Caitlin who did the scan (sorry if names wrong). They were all fantastic, reassured me, explained everything, friendly kind staff. 

I’m in hospital a lot and this was by far the best experience, watching the reception staff, porters, support workers, students, radiologist and nurses, all working hard and doing their best for each patient.

Thank you everyone, it was appreciated.

I appreciate that attending an appointment can be daunting and staff work extremely hard to reassure patients and ensure that everyone receive a high quality of care.
