This is a review of my NHS111 experience.
1. I had a road accident with possible broken hip. I entered my problems online.
2. It concluded "a nurse needs to speak to you". It took over an hour for a medic to ring me.
3. The conversation was difficult because the medic's english was not good enough.
4. He referred to himself as "fcms", not NHS111. It confused me. I discovered fcms is a commercial company with which the NHS appears to have contracted its NHS111 service.
5. Regarding "would I recommend the clinic....." What a stupid question. What choice do I have?
6. Regarding this review....it will not accept words in capital letters. Why not?
