Being a cancer patient at the Ulster Hospital in Dundonald and living in Lisburn means frequent visits to the hospital. I was very pleased that my journeys to the hospital could be lessened by attending the Phlebotomy Clinic on the Ballinderry Road in Lisburn to give blood samples.
What a very pleasant place it is to go to. All my appointments happen at the appointed time and the staff are very pleasant to deal with. A very well mannered and nice young man called Joel, greets you as you arrive in the carpark and lets you know when it is time to go in to the clinic. The nurse called Caroline is very helpful welcoming and efficient at her job.
With easy access to the clinic and no charge for parking, this facility is a godsend for people with mobility problems like myself and it's so close to home it only takes 20 minutes at most to leave my house and return home for the appointment.
I have nothing negative to say about this facility.
"This facility is a godsend"
