The waiting room was bright and warm. I was brought into the room on time. Everyone was introduced to me and were friendly which put me at ease.

The procedure was explained in clear and straight forward fashion, and was carried out smoothly and painlessly, and the team regularly checked that I was fine.

Afterwards the results and way forward was explained and a suggestion given as to what might help.

A really professional approach and pleasant visit. Thank you.
