"New Doctor and Skin Infection "

About: The Spitalfields Practice

I've had an ongoing skin infection for two years. Initially began seeing a doctor at the practice who gave me some steroids and let me leave. I have come back several times, and I have never been referred to a demonologist.

Now my doctor has retired and the surgery has had me wait two months for a new doctor! No one told me she retired. Suddenly the app stopped letting me book appointments. When I called the receptionist basically told me I had to see whoever was available.

I have now seen three different doctors including a student. I am waiting to be reassigned but they cannot give me a timeline. In the meantime, no one is contacting me about test results for my skin infection even though I am o. prescription antifungals that are horrible for your liver. My skin condition is actively getting worse. It is ruining my life and this surgery just doesn't care.
