(as a service user),

I'm 88 year old man who has been struggling with mobility and pain in my legs. 

The staff were caring and friendly, care was prompt and the environment clean. I felt cared for and heard.

Just one improvement could be more bays.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback following your time in University Hospital Monklands.

I will pass on your feedback to the team who will be delighted to hear you felt cared for and heard during your stay. They will also consider your feedback on more bays being available, and are currently doing everything they can to reduce waiting times for patients whilst under significant pressures.
