First i got sent to urgent care when I needed a&e, and then sent to a&e. The long waits were a joke. I feel the department needs a major overhaul of how it works. Then i was left 6 hrs in severe pain due to a full bladder and was told I have to wait. I was in severe pain and hadn't weed in 12 hours. My health passport was ignored which also is bad as I am autistic.
