About: The Ulster Hospital / Day Procedure Unit

(as a service user),

Everyone was very kind, smiling and friendly.  

The nurses, Magdalina and Pauline tried to put me at ease while doing the obs and checks before I went in for the colonoscopy procedure.  Dr Doyle and all the team were also very good.  

Really it couldn’t have gone any better even though it can be quite an embarrassing situation.  

I also appreciated the tea and toast afterwards, so thank you very much!
