About: Fairfield General Hospital

I had to wait over 12 months for my ent (capitals not allowed apparently) appointment but once I was seen I was very well looked after. I had surgery this week, 2 years after my symptoms began and 18 months after first seeing my GP. The surgeon, anaesthetists and nursing staff on ward 12 were all excellent. They explained everything, kept me informed, looked after me and laughed with me. I have recently complained to Fairfield about their parking and a less than helpful experience I had in a&e but this experience has restored my faith. Thankyou to all concerned- you’re great!
