"A very pleasant experience"

About: Glasgow Dental Hospital and School / Oral Surgery - Level 3 and Level 4

(as the patient),

After having had to cancel 2 appointments I finally made it in to the Oral Hygiene Department of the Glasgow Dental Hospital for a mouth biopsy.

Had been a bit worried about the procedure but was greeted by a friendly receptionist.

Then the dental surgeon (I'm afraid I didn't catch her name) greeted me with a big smile and carried out the procedure very efficiently.  I was also well looked after by a very friendly nurse (again I don't remember her name).

Thanks everyone for a very pleasant experience

Dear Torrancet628,

It’s great to know that you were well looked after and found our team to be so friendly on your visit to Glasgow Dental Hospital. A friendly welcome can make such a difference if you are feeling a little worried about your procedure. A biopsy isn’t normally considered a pleasant experience so that’s great to hear, thank you!

I will share your lovely comments with all of our team. I know they will be delighted.

Best wishes,

Fiona
