"Very traumatic post op care"

About: Chase Farm Hospital

The medical staff was friendly, but they are probably unprepared professional for post op care.

They couldn't find my veins to attach cannula, my arms were full of bruises. Eventually, they decided ți give me pills instead of drip .

I had high fever for 4 days, and I had to beg them for antibiotics, I had very bad headache, I was given blood thinner , so I was at risk of having a stroke.

They were looking at me and not knowing how to react .Eventually, after I begged them ,they gave me antibiotics, and my situation got better.

I stayed one week in the hospital, nobody cleaned the toilet or the floor for 7 days.

The surgeon and his team were brilliant, I am very grateful, the operation was a success, but the post op care was traumatic and unprofessional.
