About: The Kiltearn Medical Ctr.

When you put your trust in a medical professional and they tell you one thing and fail... That is what has happened to me, the ANP told me that a referral had been sent for a chest xray and to call the hospital the following day, called the hospital and they had not received the referral. Because of their incompetence now having to wait at least 96 hours for it to be resent. I have sent an email to complain; however, there may be Partners there but no one seems to have any authority. What an absolute shambles, if this was the private sector the practice would have folded by now. Very, Very disappointed with poor quality service. The Hospital have pointed the finger at the failure with the GP Surgery.
