Given two hour window which is quite a tie. Was asked which number to phone on to which I answered mobile and call came through on landline.
Caller seemed very unsure of my name and did not introduce themselves. Medication review done as though this was a new treatment and I’ve been on these for more years than I care to remember! Although caller was pleasant and performed the task it all seemed a bit unnecessary and they could not answer the question I have been asking for more than a year when can I be called for my shingles vaccination?
