"I can't thank her and her team enough"

This was my 1st and very certainly last time in prison. When I first arrived I was absolutely terrified, completely lost and a broken person. I still remember the first time I saw my key worker, I completely unloaded all my emotions, fears and issues to her, unknowing she would be my guiding light throughout this horrific journey. She was non-judgemental, very understanding, professional and thorough with her care plan for me.

I got out what I put in, started with paperwork the progresses to extra gym then group sessions that suited my needs, which ultimately lifted me, gave me faith in myself and helped me see my mistakes and work towards the person I should be. 

Always there to answer every question to help me with anything I needed, support my needs that I my self was unaware I needed, to help fitting in and getting my head around prison life, then next once my head and self belief was returned, I was helped to get a SOB which helped me earn money and get off wing which suited me.

Without my key worker I would not have achieved the same results and been lost in a very dark place, I can't thank her and her team enough for the faith and professionalism they put into me.
