"Recalling details about gp claims"

About: Parkfield Medical Centre

After reflecting on why the surgery accused me of frequently making and canceling appointments, I now understand the basis for their claim!!! I would like to explain the situation clearly, as their actions came across as dismissive and even manipulative.

Following my blood test and fecal immunochemical test, I booked a phone consultation to discuss my abdominal issues. Securing this appointment was already challenging, as I had to wait several days for an available slot. However, the surgery unilaterally changed my scheduled phone consultation to a face-to-face appointment on the same day. Despite my explaining that the new time did not work with my work hours, the change was made without consideration for my situation. After calling to clarify, the surgery eventually reverted the appointment back to a phone consultation, but only after some back-and-forth.

In their response to my original concern, they unfairly blamed me for cancellations, as though I had caused the issue. This additional information highlights how the surgery mishandled the situation and then tried to shift the blame onto me. This lack of accountability is both unfair and deeply frustrating.
