"Lack of support from practice"

(as a service user),

I felt very upset bc I didn’t receive any notification by text to make an appointment for blood and blood pressure checks.

I showed the member of staff on reception the texts I had received, I feel these messages were unnecessarily blunt. 

I felt berated and uncomfortable, and this is a practice that has not supported my auto immune disease from Day 1.
