"I was treated with the utmost care and compassion"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / GP Out of Hours NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as a service user),

I recently had to use the OOH service due to having shingles and was referred by my local pharmacy as I had just missed my GP. Due to being immunocompromised I was advised to give them a call as soon as possible as I could take quite unwell. 

I called just after 6pm and was triaged by NHS24 who said they would arrange for someone from my local service to get in contact with myself.

Within half an hour of this I was treated by ANP Stephanie with the utmost care and compassion with my situation. Stephanie arranged for myself to get the medication picked up and sorted myself out with some pain killers and after care advice. 

I just want to pass on a thank you to your OOH team from myself.
