"Reception keep the place afloat"

I came in last week to ask for help filling in a triage form so I could book an appointment, huge respect for reception keeping up with the demands of self entitled patients, problem these days more and more patients act like they are the only ones ill and the reception team who are stuck with boundaries of their own go above and beyond when asked.

If it wasn't for this reception team, no one would get help. After coming in last week and witnessing the way some of them are spoken too and still keep a smile on their face.
