"I always felt informed of what was going on"

About: Borders General Hospital / Maternity care

(as a service user),

I went in to be induced for the birth of my 4th child in November 2024 at BGH. Every single member of staff, from the minute we got in until we were discharged, was so attentive, caring and professional.

I always felt informed of what was going on and felt secure in their care. Even though this was my 4th baby, it's still a daunting time but it all went well thanks to the amazing team there.
