You can never get a consistent response from the admin team each one of them has a different answer to a as question. I wanted to add my minor children to my account on new evergreen app but was given so many different responses none of which helped because most of them just send me as link to evergreen help pages which I’ve already read before emailing the surgery because i couldn’t find the answer on how to add my I’ll health children to my account to seek help and repeat medications. The last outlandish response I’ve received was from a guy who added me to bring a photo id of myself the parent and my 2 minor children so he could verify! Verify what? I’m not sure but that goes to say what untrained ridiculous admin responses you can expect from this surgery’s inconsistent admin. Some of them are unacceptably rude and when it comes to my repeat medications they don’t even use common sense and read the doctor’s advice on the number needed per day and calculate the days to see I’m running out the next day but they just reject at whim and I can’t sort this out when i call and explain they don’t want to understand they tell me to call next day and speak to doctor! But I’m out of my medication tomorrow well i can’t help. I just wanted to cry at these peoples unreasonable carefree behaviour risking people’s health if not life. There are some very good doctors at this surgery but not all. You have to hope and pray it’s your lucky day entry time you want to see a doctor or ask for medications and you encounter the rare good admin or doctor. This is so unacceptable.
