"don't know what they are doing "

I have hiatal hernia and gastritis for long time I can't take h2 blockers because my troat gets inflammation I can't take any of the esoprazole family because they give me bone pain, itchy skin and stomach pain my troat hurts and my chest too I can't even sleep properly because I wake up at night with chest pain every night my stools are yellow and I got appointment with this hospital after I while they moved my appointment to Sir Ludwig Guttmann Health & Wellbeing Centre at Stratford for 11 December 2024 then they received two letters telling me that my appointment was cancelled and moved to 5 February 2025 at 9 am at Sir Ludwig Guttmann Health & Wellbeing Centre and and at the same time I got a letter that my appointment is at homerton hospital 5 February at 9:40 am I don't even know where I have to go I checked nhs app and I have one appointment at 9 am atSir Ludwig Guttmann Health & Wellbeing Centre and another appointment at 9:40 am at homerton hospital both in the same day and almost at the same time I am very concerned about my health and I feel like I am losing vitamins I think I am depressed and I trie to be patient I understand the there are more people not just me but if they don't fix me soon I won't be able to work and those confusing appointment don't help organisation is the key of everything and it looks like the lack oforganisation in this case is clear where and when I have to go ?
